It´s difficult for me to choose my favourite area of
journalism, because I haven´t experienced most of them yet, and that´s why I only
talk from my expectations about this profession and of the minimum knowledge
acquired in these two years.
For the moment, there exist two areas that could be
considered as my favourite ones. The first is just the part of journalism that
we have worked most, which is the written press, principally the called “new
journalism”.
This area give the opportunity of explore aspects of
literature and mix them with the real and contingent information. I think that
this area of journalism is very important, because the readers understand the
news in a simpler and more entertaining way.
The second area of this profession that I consider
relevant for my future job is the knowledge about communication. This helps us understand
people’s relationships, what I think is fundamental to narrate the stories of
the interviewed.
